Marigold - Newly Renovated Hotel

The staff at the restaurant, housekeeping and front desk are exceptionally helpful.Ajay and Jang at the restaurant were my favorite! They are very well trained and polite and remember the orders. Felt like home. Front desk managers took care of all our issues immediately. Ganesh from the taxi facilities was extremely polite and helpful.

Some of the staff like the driver named Mauli tried his level best to give us a tour of other areas outside of the service provided by the hotel in order to make more money. It was pretty irritating that he kept asking.

The breakfast and food on the menu were excellent. I really liked how cautious they were about sugar and calories, with plenty of healthier alternatives for those who prefer them. A special mention for the detox drinks available throughout the day at the entrance, such a thoughtful gesture!As a South Indian traveling up North, it’s usually difficult to find food that satisfies my taste buds, but here the flavors were truly spot on.I booked a premium room, which was very comfortable for me and my mom. The staff were extremely courteous, responsive, and friendly, making our stay pleasant.

The room size was a bit compact, and the washroom did not have proper ventilation, leading to a slight smell. Since it was just the two of us, it wasn’t a major issue, but for larger groups or longer stays, this could be inconvenient.This small drawback can easily be overlooked when compared to the divine experience, hospitality, and food quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Shirdi.

Food is great. Preet, the restaurant staff is very helpful. Drop/pickup to temple is decently fast snd the drivers ate courteous.

There is still renovation going on in the hotel and the path to stairs/elevator is not clean. The room provided did not have proper shower faucet that you can easily turn on hot water without turning faucet knob few positions and trying it out. one family member just used cold shower as they could not get hot water by just moving the faucet Knob to right position. The staff at the front desk are not that helpful. They dis not clesn room till 2:30pm even after we specifically request to clean it. Did not replace the towels tillcwe asked for it.

nothing mcuh as it is not value for money

I selected this Marigold hotel based on my experience in Hyderabad. It doesn't meet expectations. Plumbing is bad. To repair the lock of my room took them 48 hrs - then they shifted my room. When the lock was not working, I had to leave the room unlocked and I lost a cable charger for my iPhone. They refuse to ack. Also the food is very expensive. I don't recommend this hotel at at all

Very nice and clean stay. Stay were friendly and service was good. Food at tge restaurant was exceptional!

The property is still under renovation , access to the rooms is through the renovation area , the kitchen is still under renovation.

Excellent place to stay with the family. The staff and reception people make sure you have very good Darshan with all facilities included pickup/drop from airport with reasonable price, shuttle service to temple, food ?... my kids liked breakfast lunch and dinner

Beautiful and luxurious property. Great breakfast. Clean. Love the complimentary transport to and from the main temple area. My favorite hotel in Shirdi. I will definitely be back.

The shower drain wasn’t draining properly, so the water would overflow in the bathroom after a few minutes use.

Very courteous staff throughout the hotel. In the restaurant a lady server Meera was very polite and her enthusiasm was never short.... always serving with a smile

The housekeeping could improv a bit

Lobby, dining, and staff are very nice. Staff is very friendly, well spoken, well behaved and do try to assist at all times

The chairs & Bed cover were stained. The AC works in only one setting. It has a huge LED light that displays the temperature throughout, making it very difficult to fall asleep. They need to find a way to shut down the light after displaying it during setup.

The breakfast was hygienic and nutrition also tasty. Hospitality is good. Rooms are very cleanly but the washroom was smells little more otherwise all are good.

Marigold Regency is the best hotel that had stayed in Shirdi. The staff is courteous and everyone has a beautiful smile on their face all the time. Very positive vibes around the hotel. The food options are good and the highlight is a small Saibaba temple near the entrance gate. They do a free pick up and drop which is complimentary ( nice gesture)
